Holistic healing is the art and science of healing that addresses the mind, body and spirit. As an experienced Alternative Healer in Vancouver, Canada, I bring together a unique blend of powerful healing modalities to bring you to a greater level of wellness. Well-being is not just a state of treating dis-ease and working through issues but a process of seeing and achieving new potentialities in our lives.
In my healing sessions, I work with sound and energy to send healing vibrations and bring light into your being to help you shift out of old unhealthy patterns and into new possibilities. I help you release and leave behind what is no longer serving you and help you open up to your amazing future. When we work together, I am able to see and connect to where you are going, help you connect to that energy, and support your journey there.

Deva Premal & Miten with Manose
Manose and I met in 2018 when he came to play at the Chan Centre, UBC, with Deva Premal and Miten. The concert, and especially his flute playing, had an incredible impact on me and became a notable event on my journey to sound healing. We met after the concert and had an instant connection (he even thought we had met before haha) through our love of music. We kept in touch and he followed my journey into sound healing. The following year, when they came to play at the Chan Centre again, he was thrilled to experience a sound healing session with me. It was one of those life changing moments where I got to play for someone who inspired my work so deeply. Manose went into a deep meditative state and even fell asleep for part of the healing (in a sound healing session it is not uncommon to fall asleep and it allows the body to heal on an even deeper level). He woke up feeling completely rejuvenated and we went for dinner at the Pita Pitt on campus where he played his charango while we ate. The next day I attended his amazing concert and we took this picture. With several years of growth of my sound healing practice, I am very excited to do another session when he comes back to town on his next tour!

Holistic Healing Session
For the most profound results, I combine intuitive guidance with sound and energy healing, as well as healing touch. Each session is unique and tailored to your specific needs, drawing on the approach most conducive to your healing.
The sound and energy work, along with healing touch, supports both the uncovering of deeper subconscious patterns and the healing of what arises. Our discussions before and after the session help clarify your intention and integrate the experience, so you can better understand the process and continue your healing between sessions.
This integrated method, developed over years of working with clients, addresses healing on spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical levels.
Where appropriate, I may also work in altered states of consciousness using intuitive methods, including shamanic journeying, as part of this process.
Sessions can be held at my studio, in nature (weather permitting) or online.

Sound & Energy Healing and Healing Touch
Sound and energy healing can support your well-being and help shift deep-seated patterns and trauma. During sessions, you may enter a deep meditative state where energy can move and different aspects of your experience can be processed and transformed.
In person, I use instruments such as singing bowls directly on or around the body, along with healing touch applied to areas such as the chakras, face, hands, and feet.
Where appropriate, I may also guide you through a shamanic journey using drumming and intuitive guidance.
Sessions are also available online, where sound and energy healing can be offered effectively at a distance.
For deeper work, these approaches can be combined with intuitive guidance in a Holistic Healing Session.

Group of 2: $95 each

Shamanic Journeying
Shamanic journeying can connect you to your Power Animals or other Guides, provide you with guidance on an issue or situation, support work around ancestral or deeper patterns, and many other things.
For this session, I will use rhythmic drumming to bring us to a meditative state and do the kind of healing that your situation calls for.
Sometimes this kind of session happens spontaneously during a Holistic Healing session, but if you wish to specifically experience this kind of work, select this session.
Each full-length session includes discussion at the start, the journey, and post-journey integration (including talking and potentially a short sound and/or energy healing session).
Session can be held in nature, weather permitting.
$135 for a 60 minute session (minor issue or to try things out)
$195 for a 90 minute session (recommended)

Mini-Healing Session
For those who are looking for guidance on one specific issue and would like to try a shorter healing session, this is for you. Depending on your issue and wishes, this could be a short guided shamanic drumming session, a chakra and energy clearing or a mini relaxing sound bath. Some examples of session themes could be: to get insights into a decision you need to make, to see more clearly where your life is heading, to get more insights into what is blocking you from something or to connect to a Power Animal and the energy that you are needing at this time.
30-40 minute session - $70 (multi-session packages available)
Special Ceremonies
For deeper healing work, including uncovering and healing subconscious programming and intergenerational trauma, I offer a variety of ceremonies tailor-made for your particular situation. Ceremonies sometimes take place in your home and other times in nature. Group ceremonies and playing at retreats also available.

I love playing for and supporting pregnant women and those with little babes. I have also accompanied clients in hospital and hospice care and played at funerals and memorials. Healing Retreats
Hawai'ian Healing and Creativity Retreats
Connect to your deep truth and purpose at this holistic healing retreat. Through sound healing meditations, shamanic journeying, intuitive movement practices and writing, you will come to settle into a deeper knowing of yourself as well as the next steps on your journey. Come and embark on this unique collective journey with like-minded others. Each day we will deepen and heal our connection to one of the elements (earth, fire, water, air, ether) through excursions to sacred sites, meditations and creative practices. There will also be free time and relaxation, catered meals, yoga and opportunities for one-on-one healing sessions. The next retreat will take place in February 2027.
